Occasionally, you may launch specific applications or websites through RDWeb (terminal server / remote desktop site) instead of running the app/site directly on your own computer. These may include Nautilus, Verafin, and others.
When you are using these apps/sites through RDWeb, then go to save a document, you may not be able to see OneDrive as an option in the File Explorer through RDWeb.
While OneDrive cannot be published directly to RDWeb currently, there are a couple of potential fixes you can try to force OneDrive to appear:
- Sign directly into the RDWeb server via Remote Desktop (launch Remote Desktop on your computer from the Start menu, then type in RDWeb as the computer name and Connect). Then, open OneDrive on the server to be prompted to log in. After you do this one time, it should be available in RemoteApps (when you launch Nautilus or Verafin from your normal desktop shortcut).
- Sign into the RDWeb site (rdweb.ffl.net in a web browser), click Microsoft Office, then select Outlook. When Outlook opens, it should prompt to sign into OneDrive. Afterwards, open Nautilus or Verafin and it should show up in File Explorer when you save files.
