Occasionally, you might see an error message similar to the one below, stating "Render - printer (path) is invalid. Printing aborted. The document that contains the error is C:\Cleartouch3\Documents\gftchk.fxl"
When this message occurs, you may have the printer path set in Cleartouch printer settings, but the printer may not actually be installed in Windows. Check Printers & Scanners in Windows to verify the printer is installed on your computer, then try printing again.
