Cannot access Statement Printing (Cleartouch)

If you are not able to access Statement Printing under Transaction History in Cleartouch, you need to make sure that ActiveX Filtering is disabled (unchecked) in Internet Explorer --> Tools: 



Also, if you have received a new computer recently, make sure you open Adobe and accept terms & conditions.  This may also prevent you from using Statement Printing.
