Occasionally, Encompass may need to be installed on a new server, which may not have the same prerequisites installed as workstations do from the standard image.
During the Encompass installation, it might complain about wanting this (old) version of .NET Framework:
Ultimately, it points you to enable it in Windows Features through Server Manager…
…but no .NET option is available:
To resolve, contact the IT Engineering team and they can force install this version of .NET Framework so you can proceed with the Encompass installation:
