Printer Vendor Information

At FMHC and FFL, the service and supply vendor for all Ricoh printers is DEX Imaging (formerly known as Meritech, formerly known as ACE).

Beginning November 1, 2023, DEX Imaging also maintains the HP MICR printers (for official checks and money orders) at all FMHC departments and affiliate bank branches/departments.

The email that customers can use for service and supplies request: Tier1Support@deximaging.com or you can call the normal phone number.
