New Digital Check Receipt Printers

In 2022, we began replacing the TPG receipt printers with Digital Check brand ReceiptNOW Elite printers.

We can purchase them directly from Digital Check: https://store.digitalcheck.com/SRNELITE-USB_2

Jose at Warsaw more recently found a better deal from Data Financial ($440 instead of $480, as of 2023): SmartSource ReceiptNOW Printer Elite- USB, SRNELITE-USB - Data Financial, Inc. 

These vendors do not accept orders by invoice, so we can pay via the IT credit card and have it charged to the appropriate department/affiliate in Certify when the credit card gets paid.

Once installed, the logo needs to be installed/uploaded to the printer, then applied in Printing Preferences on the computer.

Also, make sure the printer settings in CT are set as shown below, then you can test print a receipt in Cleartouch.

Note: If receipts are not printing at all from Cleartouch, but the test pages outside of CT are working, set the PrintHost.exe to Windows 7 compatibility mode.
