Links on Cleartouch Home Page Not Working

Occasionally, a user may encounter an error opening a link on the CT Home Page: "Unable to open the requested page. Please contact Fiserv for assistance."


Assuming the user's default web browser is already set to Internet Explorer, this may be caused by the way the file is set to open in CT Admin.  When editing the CT Home Page, some links are set to "Open in New Window."  According to Fiserv, this could cause such an error message.  Un-selecting that option may clear up the problem.
