ML Transport

ML Transport is used by the Post Closing Department to upload loans from Encompass to Cleartouch. The process also involves CCMC - Mortgage Loan Connector to facility the process.

1. Cleartouch Workstations configuration
The PC must be setup properly in the Connect2 database before ML Transport can communicate with Cleartouch. To configure the PC in Connect2, run V:\Vision\Connect2\c2cfg.exe. This can be done from the MISMGMT machine or the terminal server (remote.ffl.net). Using the "Master Network List" spreadsheet, make sure the IP address has the correct Station ID listed. (i.e. IP 172.16.29.172 - Station ID ST11005333). For VPN users, a second record can be added to the list for the user's VPN IP address, pointing to the exact same Station ID. Occasionally, if TranSend or another app is still not working properly, the user's device's personal home IP address may need to be added as a third record.
2. Install ML Transport
On the computer that needs ML Transport, verify that the VIP Suite Workstation software isn't installed. If it is already installed, go to "Programs and Features," highlight "Cleartouch Desktop Suite Workstation 2017," and click Uninstall/Change, then Modify. If it isn't listed, run v:\vision\setup\setup.exe as administrator to start the VIP Suite Workstation Setup wizard.
3. Select Features
Select - VIP Connect
Select - ML Transport
Click <next>
