To confirm an IP is NAT’d to Fiserv, you can use this link (open in a web browser on the computer in question). If you get the “Welcome to Cleartouch” page, you are NAT’d properly.

If the user/computer is NOT NAT'd properly on Fiserv's end, or the user is not on VPN (if remote), the page will time out.
Even if the page presents a "Welcome to Cleartouch" login page, a user still may not be able to log into Cleartouch. Assuming the issue is not isolated to a particular user being locked out / needing a password reset, if the issue is affecting an entire branch, you can also attempt to do a traceroute to Fiserv with the above links.
If the traceroute fails, then there may be an issue with the NAT/license on the Fiserv side, or a network routing problem in whichever hop the traceroute dies.
