Unable to offer Remote Desktop Connection

When you are unable to offer Remote Desktop Connections, and you have to log in as the administrator.
(1) Usually you receive the error message; “The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login”
This does not affect the Windows Remote Assistance, in the sense that you can remote in. The difference is, with the Windows Remote Assistance, you cannot perform task as an Administrator, which directs you to use the Remote Desktop Connection.
  1. 1. Unable to offer Remote Desktop Connection

    (1) Remote Desktop Connect
    (2) As the Administrator on that machine(example: SL178\administrator)
    (3) Right Click Computer
    (4) Manage
    (5) Which brings you to Computer Management
    (6) Expand Local Users and Groups
    (7) Groups
    (8) Administrators
    (9) Add
    (10) IT
    (11) Enter Network Credentials
    (12) Check Names
    (13) Select ITAccountOperators
    (14) Ok
    (15) Apply
    (16) Ok –Ok - Apply
    (17) Repeat Steps 9 – 16 to add Domain Admins
    (18) Repeat the same steps to add Domain Admins to the “Remote Desktop Users”
    (19) Restart the machine. Now you are able to perform task needed to assist the user via Windows
