Cleartouch Transaction History Statements

Modified on Wed, 27 Nov 2019 at 03:48 PM

Using Cleartouch to pull a customers account history, you have the option to "print statement". The Print Statement option formats the information so it is customer viewable. During the process the information is opened in Adobe window.

If the information in the window is blank, try one of the following to fix the issue.
  1. 1. Check the Cleartouch Certificate

Confirm the Cleartouch SSL certificate is installed on the workstation-- IE > Tools > Content > Certificate > Trusted Root Certification Authorities, you should see it listed as Fiserv Brookfield CA. (expires 2040)
  2. 2. IE settings

IE > Tools >Internet Options > General > Browsing History Section > Select Settings > Set the radio button to “Every time I visit the webpage”

IE > Select Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Trusted Sites, add 10.46.*.* and un-check Require Server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.
  3. 3. Toggle Adobe Reader on and off

    • Launch IE
    • Click on Tools menu > Manage Add-ons
    • Select "Toolbars and Extensions" under "Add-on Types" in the left panel
    • Select "Run without permission" from the drop-down menu under "Show"
    • Select ""Adobe PDF Reader"
    • Click on the "Disable" button on the bottom right
    • Click on "Close" button to dismiss the "View and Manage your Internet Explorer add-ons" dialog
    • Then repeat the steps, this time clicking the "Enable" button.
  4. 4. IE settings

IE>Internet options>Security>Trusted Sites*>Custom level > Active X section> disable "Run antimalware software on ActiveX controls” under custom level.
  5. 5. Profile issue

    Remove the users profile
