When you load Access Manager in Internet Explorer, the left-hand menu bar may not appear. Follow these steps to show the menu bar.
  1. 1. Set IE as Default Browser

Make sure that Internet Explorer is set as a default program. To check this setting, go to the Start menu and click Control Panel.

In the top-right of the window, view by Small icons or Large icons (instead of Category).

Click on Default Programs, then Set your default programs.

In the list, click on Internet Explorer and then click "Set this program as default" at the bottom of the window.
  2. 2. Check Zoom Settings

In Internet Explorer, click on the top-right gear icon (below the 'X'), hover over "Zoom" in the list and make sure it is set to 100%.

Alternatively, you can zoom in and out with Ctrl (+) and Ctrl (-) on your keyboard.
  3. 3. Check Screen Resolution

In the Control Panel (Start menu --> Control Panel), click on Display, then "Adjust resolution" in the left-hand menu.

Make sure your monitor(s) is set to the appropriate/recommended resolution for proper screen display.
