            To fix this issue, follow the steps below.

            1. 1. Navigate to file location on user's C:/ drive

              Go to: [computer name]\c$\Windows\SysWOW64

            2. 2. Edit file name

              Locate the file named msxml.dll.old and remove the ".old" extension. The error should not recur.
