Cleartouch Self Unlock/Reset Password

For an employee to perform a self password reset or account unlock, a security question must be set up in advance. This allows you to regain access instantly without waiting for manual intervention.


To configure your security credentials, launch Cleartouch and navigate to:

Tools --> Customize --> Update My User Profile


Once there, simply set a security question, answer, and click submit to enable self account recovery for the future.
