The Custom Document Editor is an app that allows Cleartouch admins to convert PDFs into FXL format, making them compatible for uploading into Cleartouch Standalone Documents.
As of September 2024, we have not identified a method to "install" the application, as we do not appear to have a regular installer available. Instead, simply copy the Compliance Systems folder from G:\IT\Apps\Fiserv into the user's C:\Program Files (x86) directory on their local computer.
After that, you can create a desktop shortcut to launch the application pointing to this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Compliance Systems\CSi Custom Document Editor v4.6.0\Custom Document Editor\editor.exe
The user should be able to launch the program at this point. However, it might appear as a "Lite" version of the app, preventing you from opening PDFs to convert them to FXL format. To license the app, go to Edit --> Preferences --> Licensing tab --> input the following license key:

When you click OK, the "Lite" should be removed from the program name, and you will be able to use the File --> New --> From PDF File... option.
