Cleartouch Standalone Documents Freezing

When a user attempts to open Standalone Docs in Cleartouch, the screen may completely freeze and it could take a minute or longer for a document to load that usually takes only seconds.


One cause could be that the distribution file share set for the user's branch/department in Cleartouch Admin --> Define Branches is set to an old server.  As of September 2023, all FFL branches should point to \\WCLECT01\Updates


Other affiliates should point to their primary CT server path.
