Step 1: Log into Sophos user portal here: https://12.54.40.194/userportal/webpages/myaccount/index.jsp
or: clevpn.firstmutualholding.com
Use your main Windows/computer credentials to log in.
Under Sophos Connect client, click Download for Windows.
Click to run the download and install Sophos Connect. Let the Service Desk know if you get a pop-up requesting admin credentials to complete the installation.
Once Sophos Connect installs, launch the program, then import the PRO file from C:\Sophos (or C:\SophosConnectClient). (Open Sophos Connect and click Import Connection. Navigate to that directory and select the PRO file.)
You should be able to connect to the VPN as normal.
