Step 1: Log into Sophos user portal here: https://12.54.40.194/userportal/webpages/myaccount/index.jsp
Use your main Windows/computer credentials to log in.
Under Sophos Connect client, click Download for Windows.
Click to run the download and install Sophos Connect. Let the Service Desk know if you get a pop-up requesting admin credentials to complete the installation.
Once Sophos Connect installs, launch the program, then download the attached PRO file. Save to your desktop, then go into Sophos Connect and click Import Connection. Navigate to your desktop and select the PRO file.
You should be able to connect to the VPN as normal.
