Set SNTP Server for Date/Time

If the phone did not already pick up the correct date and time, try the following steps.

Log into the Polycom phone via web browser
Preferences tab --> Date & Time --> SNTP and Alternate SNTP Servers: set to 192.168.100.20 and 192.168.13.110 (type in manually - they look like drop-down lists only, but when you click on the blank option, you should be able to type in the address).  Note: You can flip the two addresses (i.e. make 192.168.13.110 primary and 192.168.100.20 secondary) if working on a desk phone at an affiliate in or south of the Columbus area.
If the time/date are still not appearing correctly (this has been seen at some remote locations like Columbus), you can set "Override DHCP's SNTP Server" to "No" and Save, then it should display the current time.
