Scanning Issue at Non-Lakewood Locations

Modified on Mon, Jan 17, 2022 at 12:27 PM

In the winter of 2020 - 2021, we experienced some issues with users at non-Lakewood locations not being able to scan to email.  As of April 2021, these locations' internet traffic all routes through Columbus.  Three times, Spamhaus has blocked our Columbus public IP address, causing this issue.

You can run a telnet test to see if it gets blocked.

You can also visit https://check.spamhaus.org/ and look up our Columbus IP (12.0.250.42) to see if there are issues and, if so, to request an unblock.
