UAC should always be disabled / set to "Never notify" so user is not prompted to elevate for various apps.
If it is enabled in a user's account, disable in the registry and reboot:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
- In the right pane, modify the value of the EnableLUA DWORD value to 0
