If OnBase is being slow / unresponsive:
- Are you at a remote location? OnBase tends to be slower at remote offices or on the VPN. The Unity Client is generally faster than the OnBase client.
- Are you selecting a date range? You should choose a date range for your search so that the system does not try to pull all statements for a specific account.
