Branch Scanner Hard Drive Wiped or Replaced

Occasionally, DEX Imaging may have to wipe or replace the hard drive of a branch's scanner for troubleshooting / resolving an issue.  If the address book was not previously backed up, then the folder entries will need to be manually re-created.  Really does not take long, so quit your whining, lest Nick take out and start playing his tiny violin.


For FFL branch scanners, there are several "standard" folder paths to be included.  See example list below.  For other banks' scanners, consult another scanner at that bank to mirror the address book for that institution.
