For laptops and desktops, the IT Service Desk will coordinate with AllTech to pick up these machines after their hard drives have been wiped.  Contact info:

AllTech also provides hard drive shredding service for hard drives that cannot be wiped for whatever reason.

• PCs for People (they helped us with the major cleanup of our junk room in 2022-23)
  • For computers, minimum of 15 needed for pickup.  If eqpt not palletized, need to send them pictures of what is being picked up.

    Decommissioned material we do NOT accept: Furniture, non-IT electronics (microwaves, refrigerators, HVAC, lightbulbs, lighting ballasts), plastics, paper, chemicals, carpet, floor tiles, cardboard (unless used to contain IT eqpt)
