Encompass Upload Errors

Users may experience errors when trying to upload documents to Encompass. This can be caused by exiting Encompass before documents are uploaded to EllieMae.
  1. 1. Remove files in temp folder.

    Possible solution to resolve, the following path needs to be renamed or deleted:
  2. Computer > Local > C:\ > Users > [User ID] > App Data > Roaming > Encompass > Background Upload
