Post Fiserv Johns Creek Data Center Migration

With the data center move to Johns Creek, we now have the ability to test connectivity by using the fqdn corresponding to the bank color. (all banks are diamond besides Warsaw, which is purple)

Even better, the cleartouch3 folder is now able to be downloaded over the internet connection to the datacenter as long as Fiserv has the machine/license listed as an active connection on their end. (again follows the diamond or purple rule)
