Six branches are piloting the new Branch Experience for FFL customers effective March 9, 2026:
- Concord
- Fairview Park
- North Ridgeville
- Olmsted Township
- Parma
- Rocky River
Branch staff will log in with a dedicated AD account that is limited to Teams and web browsing at a designated office:
- FFL Customer North Region
- FFL Customer South Region
- FFL Customer East Region
- FFL Customer West Region
The landing page in Teams will appear as shown below, with quick access links to some frequently-requested info:
A Teams call would be initiated to an available employee in the appropriate department to assist with the customer's issue or request:
- Business Online Banking or Commercial Lending (Digital Branch)
- Investment Services (John Dailey)
- Residential Lending (assigned LO for that branch, or their manager as the next level)
