When a new branch or office opens, General Services will complete a questionnaire for insurance values / replacement costs of equipment. GS may ask us (IT) to supply the following info regarding technology costs.
Per Jerry, as of 2022:
$1500/desktop PC (actual cost is $750)
MFD (about $10k)
Network eqpt: $3,000
$500/phone
Example - New Parma location:
1500 x 6 Pcs: 9,000
Network: 3,000
MFD: 10,000
Phones (5): 2,500
Total: 24,500 (rounded up to 25k and informed Michelle Booker)
Laptop cost: 1,400
