Via the Encompass home page, Mortgage Ops supervisors/managers have permission to edit the Residential Lending Support Out of Office Calendar PDF.
Follow the steps below to update:
1. Open the Out of Office hyperlink on the Encompass home page - it will take you to an editable PDF document
2. Once the PDF is open, make the necessary change(s) to the document (i.e. add or remove outdated information)
3. Click the Save icon in the top-left corner of the document
4. Update the file location path at the top of the page: \\wlkwintranet\Shared_Information\Lending\Residential Lending\z-Support Link (simply copy and paste this path into the location search bar)
5. Confirm the file name is "Res Lending OoO" and then click Save
6. If prompted to replace the existing file, click Yes
