Email Signature Spacing

Occasionally, a user may report that their email signature is appearing spaced out. May look something like this: 

To fix this, open settings within outlook --> Accounts --> Signature 

• The signature probably looks formatted normal, but at the end of either line, select.
• Press Shift & Enter
• Backspace once, Save

Check email signature and it should be formatted correctly!
