Occasionally, you may encounter the error message below when attempting to open an app, like the Calculator app:
To fix this, using the example of the Calculator app, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Start menu and search for Calculator
- Right-click on the Calculator option and select App Settings
- Scroll down in the window that appears until you see the Repair and Reset buttons, as shown below. Try a Repair first, and if it still gives the same error, try to Reset it.
If the error message persists, please contact the Service Desk.
