Creating a Personal Booking Page (New Outlook)

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click on "More Apps" in the sidebar
  3. Select "MS Bookings" (you may have to add the app first
    1. *Can pin to save
  4. Once in the MS Booking homepage, choose the option to create a personal booking page.
  5. Fill in the necessary details such as your name, available times, and services offered.
    1. This is where you’ll decide what personal offerings you’d like for bookings
  6. Once created, you’ll be able to customize your booking page settings to your preference.
  7. Save and publish your personal booking page.
    1. Please test to make sure everything looks accurate, if not, please adjust settings to liking.
  8. Can copy personal link to email signature etc.
    1. File à Options à Mail à Signatures (Copy link under existing signature)

Creating a Shared Booking Page

  1. Once in the MS Booking homepage, choose the option to create a shared booking page.
  2. Enter the required information for the shared booking page, including team members, available times, and services provided.
  3. Adjust the settings for the shared page to fit your team’s needs.
