Prevent Freshdesk Auto Replies to Specific Email Addresses

Occasionally, you may have an internal email address (like a distribution group or shared mailbox) that does not need to receive the automated ticket replies from Freshdesk.  One example is the Information Protection distribution group.


To disable, create an Automation rule for that email address and you can "Skip new ticket email notifications" as shown below.
