In June 2023, Security/Legal/Savings Admin reported to IT that many legal documents were being scanned in under the wrong SSN. One branch found that the computer was caching info from prior customers when they make new forms.
The workaround was to stop using Edge and switch the default browser to Chrome.
In consultation with Retail Ops at the time, we believe this may be related to the user copying/pasting info from Cleartouch. Sometimes, the clipboard is still retaining old information when copying/pasting into a form, so it would not be an issue with the form itself retaining old information. The user should pay careful attention to what is being pasted into the form to rule out this as part of the issue.
