Occasionally, you may encounter the error message below:
This message usually indicates that Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Teams has loaded before your computer is fully connected to the network or to the VPN, if you are working remotely.
After you check your network connection or VPN connection in Sophos Connect, Outlook/Teams should automatically connect without signing in. Click "Not now" and the message will go away.
If you click Sign In, you can provide your Windows login credentials. If you receive an error message, double-check your network connection or VPN connection as that is required before Outlook/Teams will function properly.
