Silver Bullet CT Teller Capture Troubleshooting

Silver Bullet is just part of Teller Capture, so as long as all steps were followed in the Teller Capture install, it should be good.

In the event Silver Bullet has not launched at the time of opening CT Teller, please check to see if Capture is on. See below:
Enable: File >Workstation > Teller Capture
Silver Bullet will load and Capture will now be on.

A user might report this error (captureAPIGetItem) after scanning a check or ticket in CT Teller:

Per Fiserv, the fix for this is to simply reinstall Teller Capture.
