- If Outlook is opened, stop all processes and close Outlook
- Navigate to the OutlPrnt file's location (C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\OutlPrnt)
- Rename the OutlPrnt file to Outlprnt.old
- Restart Outlook and try printing again
