As of December 2022, we signed a Fiserv renewal contract that allows us unlimited Cleartouch licenses for all affiliates. We need to ensure that we do not have workstations set up that are not being used, but also ensure that everyone who needs a CT license has one assigned.
Since they are now free, we (the IT Service Desk) can order CT licenses on our own. Simply open a Client360 case as shown below. If you need a NAT and/or CName set up, please indicate that in the Inquiry Details section. Fiserv will need to know the desired bank number, branch number, and IP address to assign.
Once the license is received from Fiserv:
- Add the license information as a new row to the appropriate Master Network List spreadsheet
- Set up the new workstation/terminal in Passport: https://fmhc.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/47000988347
- Contact IT Security Engineering to set up the NAT rule on the Sophos firewall (VPN users only)
