To update/change the custom banner in the board room or hickory for Teams.
1) Save the new banner/background to a USB drive
2) Insert the USB drive into the Root computer. Along with a keyboard and mouse
3) On the touch pad, please hit the ... (more).... it will then prompt you for a password. Enter !G92mjPm
4) It will then take you to a logon screen. Select Admin/Administrator logon and type in the same password as above
5) The screen will then take you to a windows UI. Navigate to
- C:\Users\Skype\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SkypeRoomSystem_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState
(make sure to have 'Hidden items' selected under the viewing options of file explorer)
6) Place the new img file (banner/background) into this directory
7) Open the SkypeSettings.xml in notepad to edit.
8) Look for <CustomThemeImageUrl>FMHC-21-013-COR HQ Teams Room Background_ART.jpg</CustomThemeImageUrl>
9) Edit the highlighted section to the new name of the file.
10) Restart the machine for this to take effect.
-Please Note, The image file will need to be exactly 3840x1080 and can be in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png and bmp.-
