Welcome to the FMHC Service Desk Knowledge Base!


Here, you can find many useful self-help articles to reference and try solving issues on your own.


At the top in the search bar, simply enter a keyword, like "VPN" or "Password."



If you still require assistance, you can contact the Service Desk for help.  On this screen/within the Service Desk portal, you can click on "New Support Ticket" and enter your problem/request:


See the attached guide for details on how to properly submit a Service Desk ticket.


Or, within Microsoft Outlook, simply email [email protected] and that will automatically create a ticket for you.


If your situation is urgent and you require more immediate assistance, you can call or text the IT Service Desk at (216) 343 - 1300 or (440) 388 - HELP (4357).
