Thanks to Joel, we have determined the cause of a keyboard issue, mostly for users in the Accounting department. The keyboard would randomly/intermittently not work as expected; pressing End results in a 1, PgUp results in a 9, etc., even though NumLock is turned on.
The issue appears to be the version of SafeNet installed on the user's computer for their Fedline token. SAC 10.2.19 is the good version - anything more recent than that may cause these problems.
1. Copy the install files (G:\IT\Apps\Fedline\FLA v15.0 CD\Extra) to C:/.
2. Remove USB stick.
3. Uninstall SAC.
4. Turn OFF computer (do not just restart).
5. Turn computer back on.
6. Install the SAC 10.2 - NAKL 64-bit client.
7. Plug USB token back in.
8. Open SafeNet to make sure it reads the token.
The keyboard should now work properly.
