Occasionally, a user may run into this error message when attempting to close Cleartouch.
You can try force-closing the program in Task Manager and see if the issue persists. If it does, continue with the following troubleshooting tips from Fiserv.
- Restart the computer.
- Make sure the appropriate printer is selected in Cleartouch > File > Printer Properties.
- Make sure 10.46.*.* is set as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer (this is already set by default across the bank).
- Make sure C++ 2010 is installed.
- Try turning UAC off if it is on.
- Confirm that Cleartouch is installed outside of the Program Files folder.
- Reinstall/re-register Cleartouch.
- Update the check scanner driver.
- The compatibility mode on the printhost.exe: Turn off if on or turn on if off. C:\Cleartouch\Portal\Fiserv.cleartouch.Documentmanagment.printhost.exe >Properties>Compatibility > Compatibility mode> uncheck /check(Win7) the option to 'run this program in Compatibility mode> apply and OK
