Before a user's Windows password is set to expire, automated emails will be sent to the user alerting them that their password will soon expire along with instructions on how to change it. They are sent daily to the user starting 10 days before password expiration until the time they change their password.
Currently, these reminder messages are sent through ADSelfService Plus (the self-unlock tool).

Previously, these emails originated from a PowerShell script that ran on the Lakewood domain controller (WLKWDC01) every day at 1:00 am. Jon Densmore handled updating the email reminder message verbiage when needed.
