Transend Installation

Transend is an application provided by Fiserv to transmit bulk transactions/file maintenance to Cleartouch. Transend should only be installed with proper authority. Transend will only work from a computer setup with a connection to Cleartouch.

NOTE: Stunnel is now a prerequisite for Transend and Transport apps to function. Install the latest version from here: G:\IT\Apps\Fiserv\Stunnel (for CT Desktop Workstation Suite)\files The machine MUST be rebooted after installation, otherwise Transend/Transport will NOT work properly and the user will encounter error messages.


  1. 1. Run the Setup Executable as Admin

    V:\Vision\setup\setup.exe
    Select "VIP Connect" and "TranSend". Click next until install finishes.

    In "Programs and Features" you will now see "Cleartouch Desktop Suite Workstation 2017".
  2. Make sure the user's IP address & CT workstation are listed in the Connect2 database.  You should be able to add multiple IP addresses for the same workstation (i.e. internal/office IP and the user's VPN IP address) so that TranSend works in both locations.  Occasionally, if TranSend or another app is still not working properly, the user's device's personal home IP address may need to be added as a third record.
  3. 2. Installing on a computer with VIP Suite already installed

    When CT Desktop Suite is already installed, you will need to click on it and select "Uninstall\Change" to add TranSend to the computer.
