No log on servers available

User on the VPN receives a new laptop and may not be able to log in. His attempts gave him the error message "No log on servers available." Have the user follow the steps listed below to resolve this issue.
  1. 1. No log on servers available for this machine. VPN Access

    1) Log on as the administrator
    2) Connect to the VPN, using his credentials
    3) Switch user
    4) Select other user
    5) Log in as himself
    6) Disconnect from the VPN
    7) Restart the machine and log on as himself
    Issue resolved.
