VPN Access

To grant VPN access to a user, follow the steps below


1. Confirm VPN Access Request form has been completed and submitted by the user's manager.

2. The VPN Access Request form should be retained in a Service Desk ticket in Freshdesk for future reference.

3. Add user to VPNUsers group in Active Directory.

4. Sync the VPNUsers group in Duo to add the user to the Duo system.

5. Send enrollment email to user in Duo.

6. User will need to install Duo Mobile on their cell phone and follow the prompts in the enrollment email to register their phone.

7. User can try a test connection at their convenience.  If Sophos Connect prompts for credentials, it is simply their Windows login (first initial, last name) and password.  To "Import Connection," select the profile from the C:\Sophos directory.
