Online E-mail Access

On occasion, a user may need to retrieve e-mails in a web browser when access to the Outlook program is not available. This may occur on a machine where MS Office programs like Outlook are not installed, and the user needs to open a remote assistance link in an e-mail.

1. Link to Outlook Web Access (OWA)
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/ffl.net

User must be on the FMHC network. Note the 's' in "https" - a 403 error may result if using "http"
2. Enter credentials
If prompted (user should be signed in automatically), in the first field, enter your username in this format:

ffl\[username]

Then enter your password and click "sign in."
