What is Q2 Co-Pilot?

  • Q2 Co-Pilot is a lightweight back office tool for branch employees to quickly and efferently assist customers with common online banking issues like password resets, locked accounts and secure access code troubleshooting.
  • A user can perform many level-1 support actions including: 
    • Reset passwords.
    • Unlock Logins.
    • Enable or disable Users and Logins.
    • View User and Login statuses.
    • View, add, and delete Secure Access Code (SAC) contacts.
    • Launch CSR Assist.
    • View details about an end user, such as the User, Customer, and Group they belong to.


  • If a customer requires support beyond what Co-Pilot offers all Branch Managers have User Management Access which allows for additional actions including adding and removing accounts, creating new usernames, updating contact info.
