Nautilus - Prompt for Login Credentials

When trying to open Nautilus (formerly known as OnBase), you may receive a prompt to enter a username and password. This may indicate that you are attempting to access Nautilus using the wrong shortcut icon (or from the Start Menu --> All Programs list). To fix this issue, see the instructions below.
  1. 1. Login credentials pop-up

    This is the window you may see when trying to access Nautilus.



  1. 2. Check your Desktop, OR navigate to the Applications folder on Desktop to launch Nautilus Unity Client


  2. If you continue to experience issues, you may be locked out of Nautilus.  Please submit a Service Desk ticket or contact Corporate Records for assistance.
