Credit Quest Not Loading Editable Document

A Credit Quest user may experience an issue where they will click on a document in the Credit Quest window, but Word/Excel will not load completely or open at all. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Make sure Add-in is Enabled
Open Word or Excel, go to File --> Options --> Add-ins.
In the Manage field, select COM Add-ins and click Go...
Check the box next to CreditQuest Add-in and click OK.
Close and relaunch Word or Excel.
2. Uninstall Add-ins
Go to Programs and Features.
Uninstall ExcelAddinHost and WordAddinHost.
Delete the %localappdata%\DH\CreditQuest folder.
Open Credit Quest and try editing a document.
