Occasionally, you might encounter a customer or other third party who indicates that your phone call to them appeared on their caller ID as "spam" or "potential spam."

If your call is appearing as another person's or company's name: All caller IDs across the company are set with the proper company name, like First Mutual Holding Company or First Federal Lakewood. It is the responsibility of each phone provider / cell carrier to retrieve our caller ID info from our phone system periodically to update their system's database.
As of March 2026, all company phone numbers are registered with the Free Caller Registry, establishing our numbers as part of a legitimate business with the call protection providers for major carriers.
